HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM?
We are different from a “regular gym” because we offer a 1-on-1 training experience for our clients. You are exclusively working with a team of trainers to help you meet your health and fitness goals.
Working around busy lives, daily schedules, health concerns or injuries can be overwhelming! Let us simplify the process and come up with a program that best suits YOU!
WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT SHOULD I BE USING?
In short, it depends! There are so many types of fitness equipment, sometimes it can get overwhelming! The type of equipment used will depend on individual goals, limitations, injuries, and also preferences (because we also like to include fun things our clients like!)
When designing a program, our trainers take all of this into consideration. Leave the hard work of planning to us
HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK SHOULD I BE TRAINING?
A training frequency will vary client to client. Do you have an injury? Are you just getting started? What goals do you have?
For example: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends 250 minutes per week for weight loss for average adults! We can help you break this down into a detailed plan specific to you!
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Part of your plan already includes nutrition education! This will also be designed for you and your goals!
HOW DO I KNOW I AM MAKING PROGRESS?
We will complete an extensive initial assessment with you on your first day. Then we will periodically check your progress against the initial assessment.
